The room size was fantastic, around 400 sq ft. Clean bathroom, lots of storage, and even a sofa made it comfy. Staff were generally helpful, but occasionally communication felt rocky due to language barriers. I wished they had a clearer shuttle schedule for trips to Universal Studios. It would help seniors immensely. The area felt a bit remote. a Family Mart was a long walk away. Loved the easy access to the hotel from the train, but some amenities felt lacking, especially for a longer stay. Overall, decent space, but a few tweaks would improve the experience.
